Trouble phono on Ecler Evo 5

Hello,

I hope someone is using a Ecler evo 5 to mix vinyl and maybe he can help me.
I am unable to switch to my phono, so even when i have everything connected , i dont get any sound out of it.
I was wondering if this has something to do with the midi because i can activate the midi channels but can't locate the channel i need to use for regular vinyl use. The switches on top just don't seem to activate the phono and the interface isnt helping much.
How do i turn of the midi so i can switch to regular vinyl ?

I am in need for some advise caus i can't play anything since a while now and that's hard.
Thanks in advance.

Connect your turntable RCAs to the PHONO input on any channel - be sure to attach the ground wire if there is one. On the top of the mixer, move the silver input selector switch (the one above the gain knob) all the way to the left to select PHONO. You should now hear your turntable output on that channel.
