Archive threads that have been inactive for over a year to prevent grave-digging?

I believe it would be a good idea if threads that have been inactive after a certain threshold got automatically moved to an archive subcommunity where they could still be read but posts were disabled. Pretty sure that's an easy vbulletin feature. Would prevent people from grave digging irrelevant threads that are years old. I often wish new members didn't use the search function before posting.
