Maybe it's the anticipation that comes with hoping for a new element to be added at 32 beats. Or the surprise when something new comes in after 16 beats When I discovered the '8' button on CDJ's I was looping tracks for hours When I listen to Pandora I try to name the songs in the first 4 beats Even with no music on, and me just chilling on the street, there is at least 2 beats in my head. Which is weird. There isn't 1 beat or even any one song that remember can point to which got stuck in my head to start the whole thing off. I've come to accept that it's just part of me. I can't function with no beat. Might as well mix. |
