I am coming from the same route. While android is great, new, fun, and has a bright future... It's just not what I am looking for anymore. I need a phone that works on a corporate level, sounds great, and still has battery life to boot (no pun intended... ). Thats why I have chosen to got with the 4s.

Currently on my Tmobile Vibrant I only keep the songs I dont know or love to hear. That way when I do listen I am being constructive at the same time.

Actually now that I believe about it, if you go with iOS 5 (4s) you get cloud services for free. If you have any other apple products that are up to date you can use iCloud. This would help manage the space/files you have on your phone.

I'm in the same boat. I went with the iPhone 4 with 16GB and I'm quite happy with it. I can't hold my entire library either, but I find that I'm honestly pretty good with just a few playlists (and always having my "recently added" on there too).

Most of the time I honestly listen to internet radio streaming from it, like the filth.fm app. Gives me a lot of inspiration for tracks and mixing ideas (when DJ sets are going down).

If you really want your whole collection on there, having the bigger size would be easier. But if you are like me, and mostly just listen to your newer stuff and just pull the older stuff up occasionally, you should be golden with a smaller one.

Get the best you can realistically afford imo.

16gb for me is entirely too small, I'm probably going to get a 32gb 4s when I get a chance in the next month or two

From what one of the ATT employees told me, there won't be any more 16 or 32GB iPhone 4 once the 4S is for sale.
