Australia, here I come (tentative)! Anyway...2.5 weeks in the beginning of December. I'm believeing Sydney, Melbourne, Great Barrier Reef, Northern Territory. Trying to lock down a couple gigs too. What else should I do? Also if you feel like checking out some tech while your here. StoreDJ are in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and they are a pretty helpful bunch. |

The diving's better up there too, fewer people and they don't make you wear those stupid jellyfish suits. Also there's a day trip you can do from cairns where you basically drive around in a minibus and go swimming in various different rivers and waterfalls, like this: here's a link: http://www.unclebrian.com.au/rainforest_tour.htm It looks a bit lame from the website but it's a great day out. EDIT: also, in sydney, Manly is a pretty cool area beach wise, I much prefer it to Bondi. The manly ferry from circular quay is a really nice trip too, don't bother with busses. There are hundreds of beaches anyway so just take your pick. And if you see a branch of 'Oporto', they do the most awesome chicken burgers with chilli sauce. +1 for airlie beach as a party spot. All this is making me want to go back |

Of course the harbor bridge, the opera house, the wharf area, etc for the usual tourist stuff. Sounds like alot of fun! I'm jealous. Wish I could go back and see Melbourne and the reef ect. |
