hell yeah! after years of wanting one i got me 24" full hd monitor! now i can easily dj and check facebook at home

first good thing happening to me this year.

we all have to begin somewhere.. i had this exact same problem some years ago, when first switching to a mac and getting a 2nd monitor

Wow...never even knew you could do that....how do you swap the menu bar over?? Im an avid PC user at heart but got a MBP for $700 like new so i went for it....still learning new things on it daily...

Now that laptops has become more of a 'disposable' gadget i wouldn't mind to buy a new one. Still waiting for the Ultrabook era to become more prominent, maybe in the next 3-4 months time with more options available.

system preferences, displays, arrangement, drag the little white bar in the window from one virtual monitor to the other (meaning you do it inside the window, not across the other physical display).

Sold! Just waiting for the new MBP-line (and money to afford it).

I recently upgraded to a bigger screen too. Much more fun with Ableton. Not really different with Traktor coming from a 1280x800 notebook screen.
