Okay, I know you're probably taking the piss, but that doesn't sound too much of a stupid idea. It'd beat having people rip the needles of your records when they don't get to hear their Rihanna request...

With all of the social integration the kids are into now why don't we have a feature where if someone in the crowd doesn't like what we're playing they could change the song for us. After all they are in the crowd and can get a better feel for what the crowd really wants. How awesome would it be if they created some kind of algorithm that randomly made random knobs and buttons not work or switch functions around? Switching turning the volume down to increasing the bass, or pressing play on a sample deck adjust the pitch to +50%.

They could set it up to be active for anywhere between 15 seconds to 10 minutes. It would be even cooler if this random bug would be activated by the end of track warning. I would predict lost of smiles from the DJ booth as DJs tried to figure out what was going on this time. Of course it might need to be a setting in preferences as some people just don't have a sense of humor.
