Calling all (older) dubstep fans. Please help me find more tunes like this. Posted on: 06.08.2012 by Nereida Jasnoch Hey guys there 's this specific style of dubstep that I'd like to find more off.I search for music nearly every single day and I enjoy it but the problem is 90% of tunes like this are made by the same guy, Skream. He has a specific sound in his early till mid career. I especially enjoy his tracks with a flute in them, quite unique. But I feel bad about using them in a set because then the tracklist looks like this: Skream - All Hail Skream - Colourful Skream - Bahl FWD Skream - Rutten .... I personally don't have a problem with it but I believe it sorta breaks the DJ etiquette. TL;DR: Know about Skreamish dubstep perhaps with a flute in it please let me know. Oh yea and I posted this in off topic because I didn't want to bother some people with my dubstep because those threads usually go bad. But if you mods say, no it doesn't work that way, this is general discussion, then move it. Now some examples to clarify what exactly I had in mind. I like this one a lot. This is definitely flute-heavy. Some nice flute accents in this one. Again it doesn't NEED a flute, for the most part I just want similar tunes to spice up my mixes with work from other producers. Thanks. | |
