getting a better sound out of the iphone or the laptop... | Ming Devis 02.10.2012 | Hey mate, You're right most inbuilt sound cards are fairly rubbish in computers. An amp wouldn't be the best option as the source sound from you're PC is still the in built sound card (rubbish). You should look into getting a DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) These connect to the PC through a USB port or the 'optical out' if the computer has one.
