Phase meters going mad in traktor

I don't normally post silly little things like this but it has me stumped,

I was mixing at home while intoxicated and pressed some things while in traktor and now whenever i play a track the phase meters move at a hundred miles an hour, also (not that i use it normally) when i press sync the track bpm shoots up to 300bpm, is there a way to fix this ?

Cheers

lol, w/ Traktor even the tiniest defect/problem can be fixed in your settings.. It's all about the settings.. thats why I honestly feel most people use Serato cuz the options & preferances can be a little intimidating
