Reply to 4 decks - rotate with midi controller not mouse.

Hi folks, I'd like to set the 4 deck internal mixer on Tracktor Pro so that I can use my VCI-100 Midi controller to rotate between the four, rather than having to use the mouse - any ideas? It seems that I can only load decks A and B with the controller, not decks C and D. The less mouse clicks the better!
