Reply to question about mapping an apc40 and mpk 25 with ableton

i want to use the apc40 (tracks 1-8) with most of the standard functions along side of the mpk25. the mpk25 has 12 pads that i want to map to launch clips as well. when i enter midi map mode and map the pads to the clips i want it to launch, it disables the apc's functions. any idea on how to fix this?
