Reply to Big problem in BCD3000

Hello everyone!

This is my first post here at djranking s but i read u're community a lot
I have a BCD3000 and TRAKTORPRO, but i believe my xmas gift has to go back to factory.

The problem is :

- when DECK B is playing and i want to launch a song on deck A, and if the beatmatching gets complicated i use the sync button.
The problem is that when i press the DECK A Sync button the same song plays in background and the only way you have to stop it is by killing traktor.

I also noticed that when i press play on deck A the ON button on traktor pro for FX controlling goes lit and FX are activated.

The first problem is really really strange, the second one i believe it could be a error of the BCD3000 that sends 2 different midi codes by just pressing play.


I've tryed a lot of midi mappings and the problem persists.
I was going to play on a NYE party with my new stuff and now im dooooomed !


Anyone has ever eared of this strange behaviour ?
