Reply to vci100 & Traktor pro mapping -> bugs

Hi.

My setup is a VCI100 1.2 and traktor pro 1.2.1

I am making a new mapping, and I am experiencing a couple of bugs.

Here are two bugs.

The pink one, is that a same code belongs to several buttons
The blue one, a button that is not mapped keeps a function.
