Reply to Creating a Visual Midi Mapping Editor

I'm believeing of making a Graphical MIDI Mapping Editor (GMME) for Traktor, kind of like the Controller Editor that Native Instruments created. The only downside of that one is that it only features a limited set of controllers....

So I want to make a flexible editor, so you can create your own layout of buttons and knobs etc. ( create something that looks like the layout of your controller), and then assign midi messages and traktor commands to them.

Features:
- Graphical Layout Editor (Featuring Knobs, Faders, Jogwheels, Buttons etc...).
- Assign MIDI Messages to these objects.
- Assign Traktor commands to the objects.
- Import/Export a .tsi file containing the MIDI Mapping.
- Save your templates.

Is there any need for such an application, and if so what features would you like to see in it?
