Reply to Some User Mappings for Traktor Kontrol S4

I made some user mappings that can be used as addons to the default embedded mapping.

The mappings allow to
- change the sensitivity of the Gain encoders on the S4
- control FX3 and FX4 with a Kontrol X1
- allow to make changes to Master Tempo and Key
- re-enable the FX/deck assignment buttons in 4 FX units mode
- ...
