Reply to fader fx and bome midi translator

I tried a lot of mapping but i can't map my fader to work like the vci one in ean's video.
I want it to make effect 3 on when in the low position.
I tried with combination of toggle and button, also encoder with modifier but nothing.
I was believeing of bome midi, can i use this program, for it? Like in another page of mapping assign the bome output and fader in low position as hold button??
