MixTrack Pro and VDJ
Posted on: 17.11.2010 by Joanne Erchul
I know that the community generally caters to Traktor, but is there anyway that someone could give me a mapping for the MixTrack Pro for VirtualDJ and a TSI for Traktor??? I primarily use VDJ in the club that I am a resident DJ and I am tired of dragging around my cdj900s. I really want to get into the controller world and show that respectable DJ work can be proven with controllerism. A lot of my fellow DJ friends rag on me for using a controller but I want to prove them wrong! Thanks in advance!

It has a built in mapping for the Mixtrack, and if you're a resident in a club. You should get your money back in a gig or two if they're paying you properly.
What amounts are you talking about when payed properly in the US?

So basically you're using a pirated version of VDJ?

I did a bit of Googling and came across this...

Otherwise please wait for an updated v6.1.1 trial to be released http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html or purchase VirtualDJ Pro: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
However, that is only the MixTrack, so you may need to configure the sound card in the sound card options. Which isn't too complicated in VDJ anyway.
