This is by no means complete nor will it work for everybody. This simply lays out the most commonly used features in what I feel is an easy to use and instinctive layout. This is totally unsupported, I make no claims or guarantees, use this as a base to fine tune your own layout, it will save you 3 or 4 hours of aggravation.
