Numark Mixtrack external sound card?
Numark Mixtrack external sound card? Posted on: 04.11.2010 by Adriane Nyffeler Ok i just got the numark mixtrack, love it for the price... but... i bought a turtle beach amigo ii sound card well got it free, anyways when i wanna plug in the speakers i plug it into my macbook pro headphone jack, but i put my amigo ii to my usb plug in my headphones i can hear nothing.. even when i switch it makes me use one either speakers or headphones. Im trying to dj so when i hit cue for me to hear the other song it wont play through the headphones but u will hear it on the speakers which makese me look pretty dumb. I dunno if the zalman 5.1 external sound card would work. I have $20 to spend on a soundcard to work... any sugestions? | |

Maisie Marras 05.11.2010 | you need a soundcard that lets you plug the speakers and headphones into it. (cant have the headphones plugged to the SC and speakers to the laptop) however, i know theres a crappy '3d' sound card thats supposed to work like an extra headphone jack, but through usb. it runs for about $5. ill see if i can find it. im not sure if it will solve your problem though....(ive heard of someone using VDJ with it just fine) ill post the link if i find it EDIT: i believe the reason it worked with vdj is because vdj supports multiple sound cards. traktor does not |
