Kontrol X1 - Hotcues in trigger(gate) mode....HELP! Posted on: 21.01.2011 by Tonja Senecal Hey guys, first up apologies if this is in the wrong section but im having some troubling believeing about how to fix this issue.I am currently running Traktor Scratch Pro via Audio8 to 2 CDJs, along with a Kontrol X1. I am trying to set Traktor up so when i trigger a hotcue it plays only when i have my finger holding the button, when i release the track should stop playing. Im not even sure if this can be done as the CDJ is continually playing while im hitting the cues, so maybe traktor would have to change from scratch control to internal....im not sure Can anyone please shed some light on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advnace | |

Tonja Senecal 21.01.2011 | awesome thanks guys.....just need to stop the deck...hit "play" on the X1 to take it out of scratch mode then they work perfect. To exit just load a new track which defaults back to absolute mode. YAY bring on the beat slicer!! THANKS AGAIN |
Nedra Fresneda 21.01.2011 | you need to stop the deck to make them work that way |
Leeanna Ayla 21.01.2011 | Do you have the mode set to hold in the mapping? |
