Can you map on/off button for Jog/Scratch?
Can you map on/off button for Jog/Scratch? Posted on: 12.03.2011 by Tyisha Towle I'm trying to make the most of my Mixmeister Control controller...(which btw, doesn't work too bad as a 4 ch mixer/controller)Use Case: I'd like to map a button that will enable/disable the jog wheel, and also trigger the LED when the wheel is enabled. The problem I'm running into is that there's a button I'd like to use, but I can't use the button as a toggle...otherwise I could just use the button as a modifier and enable the wheel when the button is toggled in the 1 or 0 state. seems like a lot, but I figured I'd post it to the DJTT believe tank before I modify my work flow. i.e. I could probably live without it, but if it's possible, then why not right? The reason is, the wheel on the Mixmeister Control is really sensitive (like your sleeve can brush against it and it'll start spinning) and I don't want to pitch bend the playing song by accident. Anyone? Thanks in advance. | |
