Mapping pitch slider in Serato Posted on: 24.03.2011 by Malka Wickerham I want to use my midi fighter to control one deck in serato and use a table for the other deck. Is there any way to map the pitch slider to two buttons like in traktor or do I have to map it to a slider or knob? | |

Bradford Grafer 24.03.2011 | the assignment is "tempo." add-in --> tempo --> tempo. add two of those, and assign your respective buttons with learn. set the interaction mode of one to "inc" (increase), and the other to "dec" (obviously). you can alter how much of a jump is made by each button-press by adjusting the resolution. you can also select "auto-repeat" if you want to be able to hold down the button. EDIT: haha i just realized that you're asking about Serato. i'll leave my post for anybody who's curious about how to do this in Traktor. |
