Well the OP is a year old, but since it was brought back to life I believe it's appropriate to mention that you can do this in S4 currently with the loop recorder and will be able to next Friday with Traktor 2.

if you mean recording live while you play it's a bit of a problem.
the reason it's a problem is because vocals usually get recorded separately from the playback.
there is a possibility in Traktor to connect any audio signal and run it through one of the decks. you need an audio interface with Mic input.
select that specific interface under Preferences --> Audio Setup.
what you need to do is switch the relevant deck to "Audio Through" (under the letter that represents the deck).
than you need to configure the right output so you can route the mic through the deck. go to Preferences --> Input Routing. make sure you connect thr relevant input to the relevant deck.
now let's sample the voice live...
Traktor has an effect called Beatslicer that allows u to sample up to 2 bars.
open this effect in advanced mode. make sure all the knobs are turned all the way to the left.
click on the "2 bars" button. adjust the DRY/Wet button (100% means you will here only the sampled audio).
activte the effect and start singing. when you want to sample your voice just assign the effect to the deck you are singing through...

that's it.

enjoy,
Rotem
