I am sure this has been answered... Posted on: 26.03.2011 by Floy Eitniear ...but I just cannot seem to find a post here so I am gonna post my issue. I downloaded the midi fighter mappings and am trying to map to another controller for now (Korg Nano Kontrol). When I go into the mapping for any of the 4 midi fighter decks and change the mapping via learn or even manually selecting the channel it does not seem to take. *In fact the minute I click learn or press enter after entering in the channel it jumps back to the top of the mappings list and when I go back to where I was, the mapping is still mapped to the midi fighter? *What am I doing wrong. Is there a lock setting I need to disable first? | |

Floy Eitniear 26.03.2011 | Thanks padi_04 that option makes the most sense. I thought I was mapping each setting, perhaps it was the whole group as they all highlight when you click on one. How would I just map one at a time in group then? |
Nedra Fresneda 27.03.2011 | It's a LOT easier to change the MIDI notes in Korg's editor than to relearn the whole thing. |
Allene Manitta 27.03.2011 | you can only change the notes/triggers for single commands, not the whole mapping. you have to "learn" every single function of you mapping to your new controller. |
