Mapping question to MIDI-Fighter users Hi everyone, i'm working on a customs midi-fighter that I will build using the PCB of a gamepad. The gamepad has 16 buttons, but 4 of em (D-pad : Left, right, up, down) cant be used together. Let say if you press up + down buttons, the gamepad will send only the down midi signals to the PC, not the up + down combination. So my question is : If you had a midi-fighter on which 4 buttons could not be used together in a combos, which one would you choose and with which mapping ?? My guess was that the best way to solve my problem would be to use the instant gratification mapping with the first row (banks 1-4) being the one that can't be used together. Let me know what you believe about it ! EDIT : D-Pad combination can't be used, but you can use D-Pad + normal buttons as a combination. | |
