Superknob possible in Traktor Pro 2?
Superknob possible in Traktor Pro 2? Posted on: 12.04.2011 by Leann Sekulski Hey guys and gals,I'm currently remapping some features on my DDJ T1 to better suit my needs for TP2, so far it's going OK and I've remapped the strip search to sample triggers and the auto loop to beatjumping (btw, I'm new to mapping and rather than creating a completely new generic midi map I'm working around the provided HID tsi file). I tried to follow armyofme's very helpful superknob mapping video but got stuck, I'm not sure if it's because of my DDJ T1 or TP2, but I wasn't able to map in the same way as the video described. TP2 would not allow me to treat my encoder as a button and as such I couldn't map the specific effects. Also, when I attempted to map the encoder to "Effect On" I was given the error message "Inappropriate Command". Could anyone help me out? Many Thanks | |

Leeanna Ayla 12.04.2011 | ^what he said and it pisses me off. |
Nedra Fresneda 12.04.2011 | It only works with MIDI, not HID. I guess it's a limitation Traktor uses to avoid erroneous (in this case intentional) mapping for the ones learning. |
