Instant delay - how?
Instant delay - how? Posted on: 05.05.2011 by Wava Egizi Hi!I've searched the community but has not found anything about how to do this.. I guess it is there somewhere but... How do I map a button so instantly choose (in single effect mode) an effect, switch it ON, give it a dry/wet value and a effect value, with ONE button. I've tried so many different mappings now, but I can't get it to work! I guess it's quite easy, but I need help =) / O | |

If you use a knob or fader it will send the msg long enough for it to happen in one motion instead of two. http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=23910 In this video listed in this community under mapping tips and tricks which is stickied, I show my premapped delays and how to map them. I am using faders for these. It is my post & the 4th video down. Hope this helps |
Wenona Murro 05.05.2011 | Why does it need to be inverted? |

Wava Egizi 05.05.2011 | Oh, okey! Is it not possible to make this a "hold button" for the effect.. So the efffect is just on and active when holding button down. And OFF on release. |
Dorcas Bassignani 05.05.2011 | is the button changing the effect being used? if not; map the dry/wet and parameters to the button using direct mode, and map the 'on' as toggle but with invert checked. press in > set effect up, release > effect on |
