Reply to Help: Traktor's Mapping frustrates me.

Hi all,

I just got the LPD8 form Akai and want it to control my effects in Traktor Pro 2.

By just plugging in the lpd8, and by launching Traktor (without touching any of the mapping settings), the blue light next to "Control" in Traktor goes on whenever I hit a pad or turn a knob of my lpd8. This means it receives some sort of signal form the LPD8.

However:
1- I have imported different presets into the akai controller manager software and their corresponding TSIs into Traktor, and it just won't work.
2- So I tried doing the mapping manually, but the Learn button doesn't work !

I bought the controller today and was very excited to use it next to my numark mixdeck, but now it just frustrates me and spoils my mood.

Please DJTT community members, help me out ...
