Reply to APC40 LED response from actions within program

Get guys, I am basically trying to map my pitch levels to the LED rings on my APC40. Currently, if the pitch changes within the program (sync etc..) the rings do not change accordingly.

I am also having trouble setting the pitch fader up with the encoders. I dont want the pitch to 'Jump' back to where it previously was before the program altered it.
