Reply to 2nd Controller

So I just bought a korg nanokontrol and I am planning on mapping it for 4 effects in traktor. I already use an akai mpk mini. So can anyone explain how to add a second midi device? Do all of the midi notes (or cc's) have to be different than those on the mpk mini? I don't believe they do I'm just not sure how to do this. thanks.
