change mapping channel
Posted on: 20.08.2011 by Natasha Seich
hi,

using the mapping here:
http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=14435

but not with a midifighter.

i would like to change the four deck mappings so they use the same MIDI interface, but different channels.

is there anyway to do this without spending AGES changing each mapping to a different channel?

anyone with the xtreme mapping program?

thanks

believe you've basically answered you own question. the only way is to edit the midi channels used on a copy of that tsi, using that XM app would make it much quicker/easier i'm sure.

or use something like bomes and virtual midi ports that would sit between traktor and your controller to translate to the new midi channels.

Hi,

Yeah it's just the I can't install that new app

I wonder if anyone that has it would mind doing this? If you can just select all the mappings and change the channel then it should be a 60 second job.

I am currently using a midi router app, but would prefer to not have to use this!
