Pro & Cons of using X1's in native mode vs. midi mode Posted on: 05.12.2011 by Ciera Roarke Got an S4, really love the thing but hate how the mapping is locked down. I mean you cant change ANYTHING !? I made a mapping for my x1s to control fx 1234 and some other stuff. But i hit a brick wall trying to do something that required a button working like a knob, so im believeing ill need to rewrite the whole mapping in midi. Before i start Im wondering if there are any downsides to running it all in midi as opposed to native. | |
