Reply to Novation Nocturn and Traktor Pro mapping

This mapping features two pages which each control a deck's effects, eq levels, and looping. Although both effects unit one and two may be turned on, the mapping only controls the parameters of effects unit 1. Other than that, I believe this offers a pretty simple and (somewhat) effective way to control Traktor Pro. Very minimalist setup.
