Mixtrack Pitch Adjust on jogwheels via Scratch button question Posted on: 13.07.2012 by Susannah Samstag hi all im new here and new to mapping and such..just got a new mix track and im trying to get the scratch button to switch between Scratch on touch + bend on move wheel and when off the jogwheel to map to fine pitch adjustment to get around the low resolution fader. iv managed to map the pitch to the jog when the modifier scratch button is off but it subsequently bends as i move it. and when i try to disable the bend the jog wheel stops working. :S hope someone could shed some light on this or perhaps edit mine? also trying to get the hot cues instead of EQ kills.. tryed editing other peoples but the modifiers are all diffrent and i got a bit confused.. http://www.sendspace.com/file/nrz893 cheers. | |

Kellie Myrum 17.07.2012 | Did you download it from Traktor Bible site? There is a big selection for it there. This one seem nice got 6 hotcues, scratch/bend and gain/filters already available. Import it twice (if effects are exported with mapping) to arrange effects in order with author's setup. http://www.traktorbible.com/freaks/m...ew.aspx?id=401 Try even more mappings, there are 40 of them... It's something different if you want to learn about toggle modifiers, then check Serbman's instructions. |
Beckie Spitler 17.07.2012 | For example lets say "scratch button on" makes M1 = 1 (could be any modifier) and "off" makes M1 = 0. Make sure jog turn[cc24 or cc25], scratch [cc24 or cc25] , scratch on [ f#5 I believe] all have M1 = 1 and that tempo fader has M1 = 1. Sort the commands by note value (cc24,f#5,etc) so you can see any controls directly involved with the jog wheels in any modifier state. The best way it to make your own map bc you'll know it best! Make any sense? |
