Reply to Traktor rotary controller mapping

This setup makes traktor play the track at regular speed.
At this setting maximum track speed-up is +300%.
Since PC timers are not perfect, the playback does get a bit wobbly/glitchy as PD can't feed traktor with data at each exact milisecond.

Patch is a proof of concept that traktor supports 14bit encoders and how easy it is to create a V7 or NS7 rotating platter control.
