Reply to Mostly Robot - Shiftee midi output..

In the recent interview with Mostly Robot here on DJTT, there's a question about how the visuals sync up with I believe, Shiftee's timecode record movements. He basically said that they asked NI for this output, and they added it for them. Does anyone know if this midi out is available to the rest of us (as of TSP 2.5.1)?
