S4 Mapping - putting hotcues back in
Posted on: 19.08.2012 by Marita Groskopf
Hi

I haven't been able to find a solution to this so I hope you can help. I have Ean's mapping for the S4 which I really like, although I miss having 8 hotcue buttons as the sample deck cues (5-8) are used with effects.

I have been able to move the 2 effects I use often from these to the loop in and out buttons. What I can't do is put the hotcues back in. I have duplicated the hotcues so no.8 does the same as no.4 but can't make no 8 be 8.

I believe this has something to do with the line Hotcue4State 1/0 =Out Mode =out

I just can't find how to change this to Hotcue8State. If anyone has any suggestions that would be appreicated.

I believe you can have 2 mappings running at once, does anyone know how to view the default mapping so I could delete everything except the hotcues and also would like to try and make the filters work as well.

Any help or tutorials would be appreciated.

Thanks

Luke
