MF 3D Tilt absolute mode in Traktor. Help! Hi! First time posting but i've had a lot of my problems answered by looking at other peoples questions on this community
. I've been messing around with my midi fighter 3d and something that keeps making me give up is using effects linked to the tilts. When it's laying flat in absolute the knob is 0 and at the top of the tilt it's at full, but what I really want is for flat to set it at halfway. In the case of the beat masher, in absolute I have to start every move tilted most of the way up to be in a useful length value, when I would like to just be able to start in half notes and lift up to the 1/3ds 1/4s and 1/8ths. I would use relative mode but as soon as you move out of the range it becomes offset. My best work-around has been using it in relative mode and setting the "effect on" button to also reset the FX unit (button 1), but that doesn't work for chain effects and it resets all the knobs at once. Any help would be appreciated thanks! =D EDIT!!!! Hey, I fixed this by joining the tilt CC's in the mf_utility. You then have only parameter for X and one for Y rather than two for both as you normally would, but it sets the knob at halfway when the midifighter is flat.
