Reply to Maschine + Midi Fighter Instant Gratification = Not all super combos working

Just downloaded BeauBryte's Maschine Fighter for Traktor mapping and then imported the latest Midi Fighter Instant Gratification mapping 1.0.4 into Traktor.

And it's working great except but I can't get all the super combos to work.

Specifically...
Combo 1
Transpose Bmash
Press all 4 Bmash buttons triggers a Transpose

...doesn't work whereas...

Combo 4
Massive Wash Out Thing
Press Bmash 1, 2, 3 then release then hold 3 again then press and hold 4

...does work. Any ideas why?
