Reply to Help with Mapping my Launchpad S with Traktor 2.1.2 (No LED output?)

I just bought a Launchpad S and am new to the mapping game. I've watched a few tutorials on mapping and it seems pretty self explanatory. My problem is I'm not able to get any LED output on my controller. So far it is working just fine I just dont know why its not showing up.

anyone know how to remedy this?

Im using a Mac if that helps
