Want to route a single Traktor deck to a VST effect with S4 I posted this over at the NI community
, but haven't had a response, and I'm trying to solve this issue by the weekend: Okay, so I know that I can use Soundflower to route individual decks in Traktor to something like Ableton Live, where I can then apply VST effects. However, with that setup, I lose control of the faders/crossfader on the S4. I'm trying to find the best solution to route a remix deck in Traktor to a VST effect while still having complete control of the S4. I'm assuming I need some sort of external USB audio interface. Would the Audio 6/10, for example, work for this? Can I route individual decks to the audio interface, than route the remix deck channel back into the interface to be sent to a VST host (and ultimately to my MacBook's audio out)? Is there an easier, more elegant solution? I really just want to be able to apply effects to the drum loops in a remix deck, and not lose any S4 functionality. Thanks! | |
