VCI-300 LED Diagram to help mapping
VCI-300 LED Diagram to help mapping Posted on: 06.11.2008 by Felix Harrer Because of that the buttons and the leds of the buttons have different midi nrs i have made a map/diagram with the midi nrs of the leds. Its almost complete only missing 2 led midi nrs as far i can see. I shortend the midi nrs, for example C#2 is NOTE C#2 (ch1), its all the same. | |

Angle Sirotkin 07.12.2012 | "Send midi clock" will remove clackle. I see date of posts, thx for diagram btw. |
Shaquana Wesselhoff 17.10.2009 | had a crack at mapping the vci 300 and got some results, thought I'd share, vu meter leds tend to cause a lot of crackle, which i managed to reduce via raising the latency, some of the leds assigned dont seem to work if when their counter part is assigned, i.e i assigned the sync buttons as a test but only one works if the other is mapped to an led, looks like progress is slow, and hampered by these little setbacks, anyone tried this? |
Laurence Pettett 17.12.2008 | unfortunately not a tool - only a pdf sheet with all the numbers http://www.behringerdownload.de/DDM4...0-19_Rev.0.pdf |
Felix Harrer 17.12.2008 | You mean like a tool? Can you post a link i cant find it on the behringer homepage... |

Andriy Gavrysh 26.11.2008 | that's a good starting point... haven't tried this yet, but i'll try and let you know |
Felix Harrer 26.11.2008 | Well the "problem" with the vci-300 is that the midi nrs. of the buttons/knobs are different midi nrs. than the leds of the button/led, as far as i know with most controllers you dont have this, but correct me if im wrong? already tried it? |
Andriy Gavrysh 26.11.2008 | does anybody know if theres such a diagram for the korg nanokontrol? |
Felix Harrer 26.11.2008 | I hope not Vestax should be give us all that info, but the f*ckers didnt do that, probably it because it supposed to be itch only... Just did it in traktor, maybe their are apps to do that but i dont have that.. |
Andriy Gavrysh 26.11.2008 | wohoa... isn't there a easier way? with what programm did you check the lights? directly in traktor or did you use another app? |
Felix Harrer 26.11.2008 | Hell yeah, its was just check all the midi nrs. one by one and see wich led turns on.. |
Andriy Gavrysh 27.11.2008 | I got a question: how do you get all the values to light the leds? I suppose you don't get them by trial and error, right? Is there a tool for OS X that can help you getting the midi notes for lighting leds? |

Felix Harrer 09.11.2008 | How can i map all the leds of the faders so that they react on the music and not just are on all the time? |
07.11.2008 | nice work! |
