Reply to New and Improved Cut Guide for Arcade Buttons?

I've looked through other threads and have found at least two of them, but I'm not sure which one is the "new and improved" one...

I've taken apart my VCI-100 and I'd hate to do some unrepairable cuts at the machinist shop...

Help please...?
