Reply to LED to instant blue? possible or not? and how?

hey there i have got a question:

is it possiblet to change all LEDs that change from green to blue when i play, to instant blue.

that every button would be blue.
and how :O?

also there is the code 127
is there other code for other colour what does that code mean :/
