Reply to VCI-100 reversing track by just touching Jog Wheel?

Hello everybody,

Has anybody encountered a glitch with Traktor and the VCI-100 where the track reverses just by touching the Jog Wheel, additionally making vinyl mode useless? This happens to me every once in a while( just purchased this thing exactly a week ago). Any fixes for this?
