Reply to Help with sound drop/pop - Numark Omni & Traktor LE

I got the Numark Omni Control today and am using it with Traktor LE. When I play a track the sound cuts out here & there for a split second and sometimes I hear a tiny pop. Even as I type this, no music playing but Traktor is open and the Omni Control is on, I hear the tiny pop about every minute. WHY?! I'm going to dj a party next week but I can't use this thing if the sound drops out and pops every 60 seconds. I believe it's a Numark problem, not Traktor. I need help with this!!!
