Reply to Anyone ever used one of these?

I'm considering this mainly because of the price, but im a complete audio interface noob so really need help picking one. Im using live 7 and am going to use this to plug my laptop into my mixer, is this going to have enough outputs? what specifications do i need? all help is welcome and any recommendations for other cheap (better) solutions are greatly appreciated
