Reply to i-mix reload problem

I have a dj-tech i-mix reload on xp sp3...my pc seems to recognize it as a usb device in the device manager but I can't see it on Traktor or any other software(mixvibes,deckadance,etc)...any help?I do have a logitech cam installed.Do u believe thats the problem or is it only for the vci?
Any help would be appreciated...
