Reply to Laptop casing mod - Spectrum Analyzer/EQ?

You remember those t-shirts that have that sort of spectrum analyzer/eq built into them? Like these:

Would it be possible/feasible to build this into the back panel of the monitor on a laptop? This would look pretty cool I'd believe for a DJ booth. Just a thought.
